Assist the digital marketing lead by providing support in overall digital marketing operations.

Help develop a comprehensive marketing strategy by establishing clear marketing goals and targets.

Identify and acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.

Monitor and analyze backlink profiles for quality and relevance.

Must have hands-on experience with analytics tools, webmasters, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.

Help plan and implement paid digital ads and SEO techniques, including backlinking, guest posting, and email marketing.

Promote content through guest posting, press releases, and participation in niche forums.

Build relationships with industry websites for brand mentions and citations.

Conduct competitor backlink analysis using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.

Track domain authority, referral traffic, and the effectiveness of link-building efforts.

Generate reports on off-page SEO performance and suggest improvements.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, sharing insights with the team.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the team lead.

Design, customize, and validate specialty-specific clinical templates, encounter forms, order sets, lab orders, letters, and documentation tools.

Design and enhance EHR/EMR workflows, including SOAP notes, macros, labs, and procedures

Set up and validate medication workflows, alerts, and clinical decision support tools to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Training & End-User Support

Conduct remote training sessions for healthcare providers (US-based)

and internal teams on clinical workflows, documentation standards, and system functionalities.

Guide users through documentation flows such as HPI, ROS, physical exam, Assessment, and Plan to ensure efficient and compliant usage.

Train staff on AI tools, e-prescribing, and integrated clinical modules to enhance usability and adoption.

Quality Assurance & Compliance
